【1月26日 AFP】独ベルリン（Berlin）トレプトウ公園（Treptow Park）にあるアルヒェンホルト天文台（Archenhold observatory）の長さ21メートルの望遠鏡。天文台は1896年に建設された。国際連合（UN）、国際天文学連合（International Astronomical Union、IAU）、国連教育科学文化機関（ユネスコ、United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization、UNESCO）は2009年を「国際天文学年（International Year of Astronomy）」定めている。(c)AFP
